What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 1 x 20ft container for all commodities, which equals approximately 18–20 metric tons depending on the product and packaging type. We can discuss smaller trial orders for new buyers on a case-by-case basis.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept the following payment terms: LC at Sight (Letter of Credit), TT (Bank Transfer) — 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, and CAD (Cash Against Documents). Payment terms are flexible and can be discussed based on order size and buyer history.

Can we request product samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes — samples are available upon request for all three commodities (Golden Raisins, Alfalfa Hay, Valencia Oranges). Sample costs and courier charges are typically covered by the buyer. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange a sample shipment.

What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?

Standard export documentation includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Certificate of Analysis (COA). Additional documents (health certificates, fumigation, etc.) are available upon request based on destination country requirements.

Can you provide private label packaging?
